Guide

How to publish Jummah and jamaat times clearly

Keep Friday and daily congregation times easy to find, and correct when they change.

Put them where people look first

Show the next prayer and the Friday time on the home page, not only on a separate page. Most visitors want one answer quickly.

Say what each time means

Label start times, jamaat times and the Friday khutbah time separately. If there is more than one Friday sitting, list each with its time and language.

Show when it was last updated

A small line such as the date the times were last checked tells visitors they can rely on them, and reminds your team to review them.

Announce changes in one place

When times change for the season, a holiday or an event, update the page the same day and post a short notice on the home page for a week.

Give one person the job

Name a person or small team responsible for checking the times each week, with a backup. Times go wrong most often when nobody owns them.
